Who we are

We are a couple of women entrepreneurs operating a tiny kitchen in Wellington, New Zealand. We source high quality ingredients and process them in NZ. Freeze drying is possibly the most amazing, interesting, and innovative food technology we have worked with. We love food and our passion translates into our products. When we decided to apply a little nerdiness to our fruits and vegetables, FoodNerd was born.
